Billing for Services and Storage

Q:  How will I receive your bill?

A:   Lanes End Marine emails a detailed invoice regarding service and storage on your boat or jet ski from Service@LEMarineService.com.  Please add us to your contacts so your mail is not delayed by dropping into your junk folder. If you do not see yours, please check your SPAM/Junk Mail folder. 

Q:  I got mail from you, but it doesn't tell me what work was done on the boat; why not?

A:   That is a statement of the financial status of your account. The Invoice is emailed as soon as it is ready for you. If you did not find your email from us, contact us to make sure we have your correct email address.  The statement indicates the Invoice Number that is unpaid as of the date we mailed the statement, on or near the last day of the month.

Q:  Can I pay my bill with a credit card?

A:   We can accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover Cards. Please call us during office hours to make a payment over the phone with either Theresa or Sue. Office Summer Hours are Monday - Saturday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.  Winter Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
