Billing for Services and Storage

Q:  How will I receive your bill?

A:   Lanes End Marine emails a detailed invoice regarding service and storage on your boat or jet ski from Service@LEMarineService.com.  Please add us to your contacts so your mail is not delayed by dropping into your junk folder. If you do not see yours, please check your SPAM/Junk Mail folder. If you still don't find it, please contact us and we will gladly send you another copy.

Q:  I got U.S. Mail from you, but it doesn't tell me what work was done on the boat; why not?

A:   That is a statement of the status of your account (what bills have not been paid) with us as of the date of the statement. The Invoice/Bill is emailed as soon as it is ready for you. If you did not find your email from us, contact us to make sure we have your correct email address.  The statement indicates the Invoice Number that is unpaid as of the date we mailed the statement, on or near the last day of the month.

Q:  Can I pay my bill with a credit card?

A:   We can accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover Cards. Please call us during office hours to make a payment over the phone with either Theresa or Sue or Amy. Office Summer Hours are Monday - Saturday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.  Winter Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm. Closed Sundays.

Q:  The invoice I was emailed doesn't have all of the services I requested. Aren't they going to be done?

A:  The services will be done as requested, but some services are better performed before going into storage, and other are better done after pulling from storage. We will invoice only those services we have already done.
