Frequently Asked Questions

We EMAIL our invoices as soon as possible after receiving your boat for storage. This Fall invoice will include the full price of storage. We also email your spring services invoices, if any, as soon as possible once you take posession of your boat. Over the course of a year, you may recieve up to two invoices, Fall and Spring.

We will email your Storage Invoice shortly (within 5 days) after storing your boat or jet ski. Please watch for it. Make sure you have our email address in your contacts, so it doesn't go into SPAM. You will get an email from Service@LEMarineService.com. This Invoice includes all parts and services performed on your vessel. This Invoice is due upon recieving it, and is late 30 days later. Late fees will start calculating on day 31 of the due date at a rate of 2% per month. If your invoice is still unpaid on the last day of the month, we will mail via US Mail a paper Statement that will only show the Invoice Number and Amount. If this arrives without seeing an invoice, please check your Email and Junk Mail on the date listed on the Statement. The statement includes the email address where we sent it. Let us know right away if it is not correct.

Because we are constantly adding small amounts of lubricants, oils, and fluids to boats during the winterizing and dewinterizing processes.  Plus, fuses, light bulbs, missing hardware, wire and wire connectors, gaskets, O-rings, various nuts and bolts, and lots of other items need replaced from time to time.  If we itemized each item as we went along, we believe that the $25 charge is less than the cost of the items used in the average boat (especially considering how it would slow the process.  Generally, every boat is charged the same amount.  There are rare occasions when we reduce the charge for the shop supplies. This is common practice at all marinas.
